How to create an Instagram content plan...⁣

When it comes to creating your content plan you should first take into consideration what type of content you want to share. Having a plan is very helpful as it gives you an overview of your marketing activities and helps you to batch create your content.⁣
⁣
Here are the three simple steps that you can do to create your Instagram content plan. ⁣
⁣⁣
1️⃣ Decide on your content pillars⁣
⁣⁣
Create 3-5 content pillars. These are topics that you will consistently focus on. ⁣
For example, if you are a fitness coach, your focus could be around types of workouts, meal prepping, and health tips.⁣
⁣⁣
2️⃣ Write down the sub-content pillars for each content pillar ⁣
⁣⁣
Narrow down your content pillars into 3-5 more specific topics. For the types of workouts for a fitness coach, it could be workouts for toning abbs or quick workouts for biceps.⁣
⁣⁣
3️⃣ Create and plan your content calendar⁣
⁣
Plan either per month or week. You can use tools like Google Sheets, Airtable and Trello but I personally use Google Sheets and here's how my calendar looks like:⁣
⁣
First column - Date and time⁣
Second column - Caption⁣
Third column - Set of hashtags⁣
Fourth column - Media (images or videos)⁣
Fifth column - Status (review, revise, approved and scheduled now)⁣
⁣
Once done, choose a scheduling tool like Buffer or Later that helps you save time in posting your content to different social media platforms.⁣
